What currency are the prices displayed in on the site? All prices listed on our site are in USD.

When will my order ship? We strive to ship out orders as quickly as possible. Please allow for 4-7 business days for production time before your order is shipped out. On average, shipping times range from 15-21 days. You will receive a tracking number 3-5 days after your order has been shipped. If you have not received a tracking number after 7 business days, please email us at info@trashrite.com.

Can I return or exchange my order?

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee for defective or damaged products. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return the item for a full refund. Please note that you are responsible for shipping the item back to us, and we ask that you include your name and order number on the returned package. If your package is already on its way to you, please wait until you receive it before returning it for a refund.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order at any time before it has shipped with no penalty. If the item has already been shipped, you can still return it for a refund using our easy return system.

What do I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?

If you notice that you've entered the wrong shipping address, please reply to your order confirmation email to notify us. If you catch the mistake within 24 hours, we can make the necessary changes to your shipping address. However, we are unable to offer a refund for incorrect submissions made beyond the 24-hour window.
